2007 - 2008
- Daily prayers at the prayer hall open to all sections of the public.
- Maintenance of Meditation hall, rooms, reading room & premises of the trust.
- Mass feeding of public during celebrations of National festivals like, Gandhi Jayanthi etc.
- Construction of staircase from Yoga sadan to Nirvana angla for ease of movement of public.
- Construction of check tile pathways, 2 nos., in Nirvana angla for ease of movement of guests.
- Planting 37 trees of various kinds for shade/fruit like deodar, mango, mahogany, jamun, badami etc.
- Cultivation of vegetables for in house consumption.
- Facilitating meditation camp conducted by Osho celebration center.
- Setting up of web site www.myajja.org to spread the teachings of Rabbi Nithyanadam. Relevant literature and articles are posted there.
2008-09
- Publishing of Adu Aduve, a 2 volume set of conversations with Rabbi Nithyanandam for the benefit of all devotees.
- Publishing of Anandopanishat in English for the benefit of non kannada speaking devotees.
- Publishing of Tributes- a collection of articles on Rabbi Nithyanandam by a cross section of writers, monks, devotees from both India and abroad.
- Conducting of free medical camps for the benefit of common public.
- Daily prayers at the prayer hall open to all sections of the public.
- Maintenance of Meditation hall, rooms, reading room & premises of the trust.
- Mass feeding of public during celebrations of National festivals like, Gandhi Jayanthi etc.
- Providing financial assistance to Bharat Sevashram Trust and Ramakrishna Seva Samaj organizations actively involved in running orphanages and homes for destitute people.
- Cultivation of vegetables and paddy for in house consumption.
- Augmenting water supply by drilling of 1 no bore well.
- Publishing book on Ismail kunjappa , a close associate of Rabbi Nithyanandam

- Running of free medical OPD for the benefit of public at large.
- Conducting of Yoga classes for the benefit of public.
2011-12
- A 2 day summer camp was conducted for class 5-7 students on 10th and 11th April. Around 35 childern were taught skills in arts and crafts, folk dance , yoga etc. The children were provided all necessary materials, meals and refreshments free of cost.
- Other activities like yoga classes, prayers etc are going on as usual.
- As always, spiritual aspirants are being provided with necessary support, infrastructure and inputs.
2012-13:
- 1 day scout camp organised on 06-10-12 . about 35 children participated. they were taught various type of knots, tree planting procedure, folk dance and group activities. Basic utensils were provided for nearby Gundijalu Anganwadi.
- Weekly supply of vegetables for mid day meal for Gundijalu Anganwadi
- Scholarship was disbursed to 55 academically bright but economically challenged students of 3 degree colleges and 1 engg. College. Total amount disbursed was Rs 2.12 lakhs.
- 100 plastic mats and 100 bedsheets were provided to children residing in Ramakrishna Seva Samaj orphanage.
- Gift items and lunch provided to children and parents at Gundijalu Anganwadi Baalamela.
2013-14
- Scholarship was disbursed to 73 academically bright but economically challenged students of 3 degree colleges and 1 engg. College. Total amount disbursed was Rs 2.40 lakhs.
- Weekly supply of vegetables for mid day meal for Gundijalu Anganwadi.
- Gift items and lunch provided to children and parents at Gundijalu Anganwadi Baalamela.
- Rs 25000/- given to Prime Minister’s Relief Fund for Uttarakhand tragedy.
- 25 bedsheets provided to children residing in Ramakrishna Seva Samaj orphanage.
